Akesthetics Fitness wasn't born in a boardroom. It was built from lived experience — from the frustration of chronic pain, the determination to find answers, and the belief that everyone deserves to move without limitation.

From Injured Athlete to
Movement Specialist
My journey into personal training started with a knee injury that sidelined me for over a year. Traditional rehab helped, but it didn't teach me why I got injured or how to prevent it from happening again.
That gap — between rehab and performance — is exactly where Akesthetics Fitness lives. I spent years studying movement mechanics, corrective exercise, and strength programming to understand how the body works as a system, not a collection of isolated parts.
Today, I work with people who are tired of being told to "just rest" or "avoid that exercise." My clients learn to understand their bodies, address the root cause of their pain, and build strength that lasts.
